| How do I signup? |
| Load ARCA SimRacing and navigate to the Connect -> Settings menu. At the bottom, enter a valid e-mail address, choose a password and click the Register button. If registration succeeded, you will receive a "Registration Successful" message in the message box below. |

| How do I login? |
| Load ARCA SimRacing, load the profile you previously registered on SimStatsLive and navigate to the Connect -> Settings menu. Enter the e-mail address and password you used to register and click the Login to SimStatsLive button. If login succeeded you will receive a "Login Successful" message in the message box below. Once you have entered this information you will automatically be logged into SimStatsLive everytime ARCA SimRacing loads with a registered profile. |

| Can I have more than one account? |
| Absolutely. You may have as many accounts as you wish, provided you create an ARCA SimRacing profile for each one. You may re-use e-mail addresses but you may not register with a name that has already been chosen by somebody else. |

| I can't login. Help! |
If you are experiencing difficulties logging into the SimStatsLive website, make sure you are using your registered profile name and not the e-mail address you registered. If you are still experiencing difficulties, contact SimStatsLive@rfactor.net.
If you are unable to login to SimStatsLive from within ARCA SimRacing, double check that you have the right profile matched up with the e-mail address and password you used when you registered the profile. |

| Unfortunately, once your name has been taken we are unable to give it to you as well. |

| How do I know which servers are using SimStatsLive? |
All of the servers that show up on the SimStatsLive Server Listing page are using SimStatsLive. Those that have grey or yellow circles will be counted towards your rRank. Those using a red circle will not but may be "grandfathered" in the future if those currently "unrecognized" mods are submitted to SimStatsLive by their authors.
Servers listed within ARCA SimRacing are using SimStatsLive if it says "Running SimStatsLive" in the News/Info box. |

| Why aren't my results in my profile? |
| Races run on a track or with a series that hasn't been submitted to SimStatsLive by its author will be ignored until they are added, in which case they may be "grandfathered" into your stats. Tracks or cars that are modified versions of those that are added to SimStatsLive will be ignored in your stats. |

| How do I know which mods are supported by SimStatsLive? |
| Navigate to the Vehicles or Tracks page on the SimStatsLive website. Click on the "View All" link at the top of the Listing window. A list of vehicles or tracks will be provided. |

| How can I add mods to SimStatsLive? |
| If you are the original author of the mod or has been given explicit permission by the original author to submit their mod to SimStatsLive then you can do so by sending the required information to SimStatsLive@rfactor.net. You can view the required information here. |

| What is an rRank? |
| An rRank is a ranking value based on your stats recorded on SimStatsLive to rank every driver on SimStatsLive based on their overall driving skill and performance. |

| How is my rRank calculated? |
Your rRank is calculated using your current stats that are shown in your profile and then inserting them into a formula.

| What does my rRank Percentile mean? |
| Your rRank percentile will tell you what percentile of all the drivers on SimStatsLive you fall in. The closer to 100% the better. |

| Can I see who is online right now? |
| On the SimStatsLive website, navigate to the Drivers page and click on the "Online Drivers" link at the top of the Listing window. A list of drivers who are online will be provided along with what server they are on and what session it is currently running. |

| What are bookmarks? |
| Bookmarks on SimStatsLive are servers you have bookmarked within ARCA SimRacing. Everytime ARCA SimRacing loads, it communicates with the SimStatsLive server to make sure it has an up-to-date copy of your bookmarked servers. If enabled within your My Account page, a list of these bookmarks that are online will be shown at the top of the Server Listing window. |

| I forgot my password! What do I do? |
| Click on the "Having Problems?" link under the Password box if logged out on the SimStatsLive website. If you are logged in, log out then click on the "Having Problems?" link and follow the directions. |
